CLIENTS We thought it would be beneficial for our perspective clients to view a sampling of the types of businesses with which we are engaged; such as, companies in need of financial restructuring due to either growth and/or additional working capital needs or a loan in trouble. We also help banks increase their collateral and/or add guarantor’s to existing loans for increased credit lines and in some cases to keep banks from calling their loans.
We also do a considerable amount of START UP consulting and financing for aspiring entrepreneurs; including authoring professional Business Plan specific text and financial projections for target recipients; such as, banks, investors, partners and even licensing.
Our customer base, though we are not brokers, include M & A’s, which is one of our specialties, especially when we have a buyer or investor needing a wide range of consulting from expanding their business and/or buying into a business. We call this task "STAGING" as we prepare our clients to make a decision to grow internally, merge, acquire or sell ( re: detail in ABOUT US-menue bar).
We have a synergy partnership with professionals who are attorneys, accountants, appraisers and our own team of turn-around specialists and business writers.
Our clients are start-ups and established businesses ranging from low-tech to hi-tech computer applications; such as, new apps, revolutionary medical and science solutions, new accounting software, advanced marine technology, baking products and educational tutorials including podcast tutoring even a race car assembler.
Other clients hire us just to provide on-the-spot consulting to start or grow a business and create options for inventions; such as, a golf club driver or a golf ball trainer, even a revolutionary new fractional horsepower lightweight motor and a new GPS system designed to prevent losing any airplanes under any conditions.
Nevertheless, our main source of clients are those companies in need of financing or refinancing as we have a large and unique supply of lenders with various interest, including a network of conventional banks and hard-money lenders for emergency bridge loans. We even have established or worked with 501c3’s raising money for specific causes as in the latter and creating a charity for a philanthropic donor. We have taken projects from $100K to millions and typically provide a thirty minute free, no obligation telephone call covering a perspective client’s issue(s) or if convenient visit our offices.

Business Plans
Whether you are a generation from the Post War era or a Millennial you need a business plan and would be best advised to hire a professional author of business plans to do the job, the cost will range depending upon the complexity of the plan but it should take about 25 hours at $300/hour (our charges) with half up front and the other half upon a final deliverable, including whatever required financials; such as, balance sheet, income statement, historical, and projections.
General Business Consulting
We are typically hired in this category for financial restructuring, organizational development, and M&A evaluation, assessment, and implementation. This is $300/hour and in some cases a fixed amount.
Funds Employed
Here we are usually asked to find new bank lines and investors, and in some cases involving M&A we charge a SUCCESS FEE/Commission of 10% of the value of the transaction.
